You will be eligible to cancel the order online with us if your product is yet to be shipped by us. If the product has been shipped by us then we will have to process the cancellation with our logistics partners. This might take a few days and in some cases there may be delivery attempts made by our logistics partners.
If the product is delivered by us and you have accepted the shipment then our policies of Returns and Refunds will govern our actions.
Though we intend to fulfill all our orders, in events beyond our control we might choose to cancel some orders. These are extreme cases and do not generally happen. In such a case you will be immediately informed.
